I'm Stephanie Stanton — founder of High Vibe Chick, life and business coach, and a woman who knows exactly what it feels like to wonder "when is it my turn?"

I've spent over a decade walking alongside women who give everything and struggle to receive anything back. Women who are powerful beyond measure and still somehow feel alone in it. I created this space for her. For you.

With 13 years of coaching, energy healing, and retreats that crack women open in the best possible way, I built Held Sacred — an alchemical container where you stop hiding, stop shrinking, and start leading from deep within yourself.
